The landscaper comes the first Wednesday of every month to clean up the courtyards, driveway, and around the property.

Excellent house, even more beautiful than the photos. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and such a wonderful view from all the windows in the house. Plenty of walking trails to enjoy near by. The drive to Santa Fe was quick and easy, about 20-25min. The hosts offer helpful instructions and respond to inquiries within 10min, always friendly. I would love to return to this house. Highly recommend. Troy D

Easy access. Clean and comfortable. Just FYI, master bath shower - low water pressure for shower head and minimal hot water. Master bathtub had what looked like mold come out of the faucet when the cold water was turned on. Outdoor fireplace would not light. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
