The TV's do not have traditional cable but are able to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc using your account.
There is an A/C in the main area as well as the bedroom.
Please remember that this is an RV, it has everything you will need for a great stay, but it does have it's limitations. There is a potential for noise outside from the highway.
The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas.

Great spot for a quick get away. Amenities are that of an RV. So my fiancé wouldn’t have loved it as much as I did, but for traveling alone this was perfect. Great spot with a short distance to both downtown Santa Fe and great hiking and biking spots. Would stay here again! P
