The Santa Fe Plaza- Around the Plaza you will find the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis de Asissi, Palace of the Governors, and the Loretto Chapel, as well as many restaurants; The Shed (reservations recommended), The Palace Restaurant, La Boca, and the Bull Ring are all right there, just to name a few.
The Railyard District is a large arts district with galleries, performance spaces, a cinema, restaurants & antique shops. Visit the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, the Boxcar to catch the game, and Second Street brewery for live music and a pint. The Violet Crown Cinema has a large lineup of local New Mexican craft beers as well as a full dinner menu.
Museum Hill is off of Old Santa Fe Trail and is home to the Botanical Gardens, the Museum of Indian Arts, the International Folk Art Museum, the Wheelwright Museum, and the Museum of Spanish Colonial Art.
The Santa Fe Ski Basin is about 45 minutes away. You can rent equipment at Alpine Sports in town or wait until you get to the mountain.

2 issues:The mattress was terrible. Like mush. That influenced the rating and the blinds were in bad shape in our bedroom and hardly provided any needed privacy. S

House was beautiful and great for our trip with extended family. Cannot give 5 stars due to a couple small hiccups: real estate agent coming to provide a tour of the house, someone knocking on the door mistakenly thinking there was an open house the day before we left, someone coming to spray fertilizer on the bushes and we had to turn him away due to having small kids playing outside. Overall a beautiful stay and beautiful house. H

Perfect Property
I have stayed in several properties in the Santa Fe area and this has become my new favorite. The home itself was great, awesome kitchen, great open spaces and a porch to sit out and just enjoy the weather.The communication with the property manager was more than expected from the time I reserved until the time I left they were prompt and always on top of things. I have added this property to my list of favorite places to stay out west. We had a great stay and this house was perfect for us. Private with a 20-25 minute drive to Santa Fe, also good as a home base for day trips..Well stocked kitchen, all appliances relatively in new condition and very clean throughout. Would recommend for 2-4 persons and would stay there again in the future.
