We really appreciated this Casita! My dad needed a first floor location near us due to stairs - this Casita is as cozy as can be! It was perfect for our needs - it has everything you need, it's friendly, warm, SUPER clean, it's in a classic SF neighborhood that is peaceful, and quiet. But you are also a shirt walk to the Farmers Market on the Railyard, Whole Foods, SAGE Bakehouse. If you are driving, the street the Casita is on leads right out onto Paseo de Paralta so by car you are a minute or so away from Canyon Road, the original Kakawa Chocolate shop, and more! This was perfect for my dad - it's safe from an accessibility perspective (stand up shower where it would be hard to fall, a comfortable bed, a perfectly appointed living area with a loveseat and lounge chair, and a breakfast nook). We didn't have time to enjoy the backyard porch area but it looked like a nice place to sit and enjoy the winter sun or just stare at the beautiful blue sky. C
