Description
The perfect place to call your own during your visit to Santa Fe! A retreat for solo travelers or couples who appreciate historical Santa Fe architecture and the luxury of updated amenities. The casita has a combination of flagstone and Saltillo tile flooring, with brightly colored Spanish inspired tiling tastefully incorporated into the decor, intricately carved wooden cabinetry, a stone tiled shower, and wooden Vigas throughout.
The space
Relax in bed or on the loveseat to read, work, or take in a movie. The fully functioning and equipped kitchen is perfect for meals at home, and there is a built in dining bar for eating indoors. If you’d prefer an outdoor atmosphere, there is small private courtyard off the back of the casita with two seats, and a charcoal grill.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and free private parking are available for the most carefree stay possible. Located in the highly desirable Railyard District, you are within walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants, theaters, and experiences such as the local farmer’s market and free concerts in both the Railyard and Plaza.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire casita including the private courtyard and back patio. Our home is equipped with a key lock box. A code for the lock box will be provided prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
You will fall in love with the design & decor of our recently refurbished house. History-buffs will surely appreciate the fact that the home is situated in a historic compound that was originally used as a Chinese Laundry. It fits just right into the many historical sites that can be found throughout Santa Fe.
The casita is equipped with a Smart TV that allows you to stream your favorite shows as well as local stations.
There is a small step at the entrance of the casita. The AC is a portable unit that will be installed from mid May- mid Sept each year.

Such a cute studio apartment get away!! Absolutely loved our say!! Wouls certainly stay with rhis property again!! This space was the perfect spot for my husband and I when we stayed overnight in Santa Fe! The space was simply darling and as otherwise described, and we took full advantage of the walkable distance to the Plaza. We’d absolutely stay here again! Nelson

This is such a beautiful and unique building. I had a great time! This is a wonderful and interesting place to stay. It fully matches the description and has everything you need. I especially liked the fireplace. Although it is artificial, it looks and crackles like a real one and is very warm. We regretted staying only one night.<br/>The place is a leisurely 15-minute walk from the city center. <br/>Charles responds instantly and is always ready to help.
