The TV's do not have traditional cable but are able to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc using your account.
There is an A/C in the main area as well as the bedroom.
Please remember that this is an RV, it has everything you will need for a great stay, but it does have it's limitations. There is a potential for noise outside from the highway.
The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas.

This was a really cute little RV well styled, equipped and comfy and not to far out of town. I really enjoyed the outside space. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Not too far from town and lots of hiking trails nearby. Host had great recommendations.
Keep in mind: it’s an RV not a house so be prepared to navigate lots of little buttons and switches to make things work. And you definitely want to read the manuals and watch the videos they send along. As long as you know what you’re signing up for this place is really wonderful and a great deal. Would stay again. S

A delight
It was a wonderful stay and worked perfectly with seeing the beauty of Santa Fe as well as 15 minutes from everything to visit. I would highly suggest this rental for a visit to Santa Fe. A

There was a large fence that was not there in the pictures that blocked our view of the mountains which was one of the main reasons we chose the property. Kendra
