This property was perfect for a group of 4 couples, it allowed us to each get our own separate space with our own bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, while also having a common area to congregate in. Note that there is a big difference in size between the casitas though so your group needs to be okay with it not being equal. The location was great, very quiet but walking distance to cute restaurants and towns. We loved using the outdoor area in the back of casita D to congregate. It was nice having free parking, and I appreciate that the checkout instructions were simple. Our host was responsive when we messaged him. The only issue we encountered was in casita D the water pressure in the shower was very poor. We messaged the host on our last morning letting him know and he said he was going to check it out that day. We left the property before he did, so I don't know if it was fixed or not. Also note that in some of the casitas without central AC (e.g. Casita D), the portable AC in the bedroom doesn't cool down the living space that well, but it wasn't a huge issue for us.
