Place was clean and in a walkable location to downtown/plaza. Didn’t bang our head getting into bed, just need to be aware getting in and out. Nice size place and cozy living area. Only things that would elevate the experience would be some spices or basic cooking supplies and sometimes the light above the dining table wasn’t very bright.

The seating in this place was very uncomfortable. I booked it instead of staying with family because my partner had to work from home during the holidays. When I addressed this with Charles at checkout for further improvement, he began to argue with me about how they just purchased the “couch” 2 months ago (it was a futon, which he argued about as well for some reason) and that there was other seating. The other chair was uncomfortable and the outdoor furniture was dirty. So, my partner worked every day at a coffee shop close by, Iconik Roasters, which I would recommend. The checkout was 10a.m. Which is the earliest checkout I’ve ever had. I was completely out of there on time with the other guests with bags outside and he sent me a picture of me rolling my bags down the street 10 minutes later to my car, arguing that I was late. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left, and it’s solely because when I addressed my complaints directly to him he was weirdly combative.
