Description
Casita Buena Suerte (House of good luck) is tastefully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We are walking distance to the Historic Plaza, restaurants, shopping and movie theaters.
The space
The castia features wood vigas, brick floors, plaster walls and an in unit washer and dryer. The dining area doubles as a great spot to take in both meals and board games for evenings (or night caps!) at home.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and free private parking are available for the most carefree stay possible.
Located in the highly desirable area just West of the plaza, you are within walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants, theaters, and experiences such as the local farmer’s market and free concerts in both the Railyard and Plaza.

Other things to note
The A/C is a swamp cooler/evaporative cooler. There are instructions for use in the house manual. It will be turned off from Mid September- April each year.
The casita's TVs are equipped with a Roku device that allows you to stream your favorite shows.
*If you will be using the sofa bed for sleeping, please let us know and extra linens will be provided. There will be an additional linen/cleaning fee of $25 per sofa bed for groups smaller than 3.
The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas.
Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. We can provide more details if you are interested.View More

We are an active senior couple and spent 4 nights here. We've stayed in many Airbnb's and this one was one of the most comfortable and charming. Very spacious for us and the location was great...quiet but we could walk just about anywhere in central Santa Fe. I wouldn't hesitate to book this one again on our next stay in Santa Fe.

This was a great stay. The location is close to downtown and shopping. The area felt very safe. The home is clean and decorated nicely. I highly recommend!
