Noise and location considerations: This home is located in central Santa Fe, right along St Francis Drive. While Santa Fe is not a large city, there is potential for outside road noise and foot traffic due to the property's proximity to the center. Recently, new windows were added in the master bedroom, which have significantly reduced the noise levels. The noise was measured at 45 decibels inside. If you are overly sensitive to noise, we do suggest ear plugs or finding an alternate property.
Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. We can provide more details if you are interested.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional fee of $35/pet per night. You must reach out to us about your pet prior to making your reservation View More

Great place to stay!! Great host, very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The house was very cute and very clean. Would 100% stay here again!! The place itself was exactly as described in the listing with everything working perfectly. However the 6 lane highway directly outside the front door was not mentioned in the listing and difficult to know how big it was from the map provided. This rendered the front porch rather useless and the driveway doubling as the shoulder of the highway- not particularly safe, especially with a sketchy "massage parlor" right next doo. Even though some of the windows had doubled paned glass it was very loud and difficult to sleep, especially for our two kids- and we are not that sensitive to noise since we live in the middle of Manhattan. Ultimately it was not was mentioned in the listing that was a big problem, everything else was fine. Was it worth 5k for two weeks visiting family in Santa Fe? Probably not and we ultimately left early because no one was able to sleep. Would it be fine for just a few nights? Probably but definitely not recommended for longer stays or stays with young children.
