IS YOUR PROPERTY GOING TO BE USED ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY FOR VACATION RENTALS? THEN  SANTA FE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS STRUCTURED 25% CATEGORY IS FOR YOU

All Standard Services plus:

  • Owner receives (1) complimentary post-owner-stay cleaning per year but owner stays are limited to 30 calendar days per year.++

WHAT IT IS REQUIRED TO QUALIFY MY HOME?​

  • Owner must provide home essentials for guests use (checklist will be given)

  • Owner must carry the proper type of business insurance and list Santa Fe Property Solutions as an additional insure

ADDITIONAL SERVICES WE PROVIDE BUT ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY

  • Professional Photography

  • Exit cleanings for Owners and guests of Owners+

  • Initial design and/or set-up to get your property ready for guests

  • Landscaping/exterior maintenance oversight

Please note: Any already existing bookings requiring an SFPS cleaning, shall be performed at SPFS's price structure and SFPS is not restricted to the price charged by the Owner to the Guest.

* Cost of guest disposables and consumables to be paid for by owner.

** Light maintenance includes greasing locks and latches, replacing lightbulbs, etc; cost of labor is included but owner shall pay for any materials; this does not include repairs or capital improvements.

+Cost of Exit Cleanings for owners and guests of owners shall be billed at our normal cleaning rate

++ Complimentary cleaning to occur after month 12.
